Vault and Matter Repository

• Create a Matter for each client, deal, case, or project
• Upload documents such as contracts, pleadings, policies, or emails, or link your firm’s repositories
• Maintain folder structure and access controls consistent with your DMS
• Use global search to locate clauses, documents, or prior work instantly
• Toggle the document viewer to open documents side by side with the Assistant or Workflows

Assistant and Workflows

The August Assistant is a context aware engine that can:

1. Open the Workflows tab

• Run Playbooks directly in platform or via Word
